Refund policy
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for change of mind. We are, however, happy to provide you with store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date for your return to be accepted. Both return and new shipping costs are covered by the customer. Store credit must be used within 12 months.
Faulty
If your item is faulty, then first of all we are very sorry! Please get in touch with us and we will ask you to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in unworn condition with tags attached.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
