Who can order?
Only approved wholesale customers may view this collection and order.
What are the minimum order requirements?
The minimum order value is $1000. This includes freight from Korea to Sydney, and import taxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit card, PayPal and AfterPay. Please note that any service fees will be added to your bill.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
In this case, you have the choice of exchange, refund or credit. You are also welcome to put this towards any shipping costs.
How long does the order take to ship?
Occasionally, shipping times vary, however, usually it takes approximately three weeks to arrive from Korea and then a further 1-2 weeks via AusPost to your Australian address. We ship by air for Spring and Autumn in order to receive products quickly. In order to keep costs down, we opt for shipping by sea for summer and winter products. This takes about two months and saves you space in the stockroom!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping from us in Sydney to you is approximately 5% of the total amount. We will calculate the exact price once the shipment arrives and invoice you accordingly. Due to the value of goods, we recommend insurance, but leave it at your discretion. Goods can also be picked up from the Lower North Shore in Sydney.
What are the import fees?
Import fees are included in the price for shipment to Australia.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please note that this includes items that aren't quite as expected.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we offer an exchange, credit or refund.
When should I order for the season?
Spring – February - March
(we order their Autumn collection for our Spring)
Summer - April - May
Autumn – August - September
Winter – October.
New products will be available for approximately six weeks
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled as we begin processing them immediately.
Can I add to my order?
You are always welcome to add to your order but please note that this may incur a longer processing time or split shipment. However, we will do everything we can to keep the process smooth and swift.
