The products on our website are just a few of the many wonderful Korean brands that are quickly becoming household names! If you are interested in stocking Korean kidswear, please send us an email and we will write back with a short questionnaire. Once you have been approved, you will have access to our wholesale collections, including brands such as: Anggo, Bebe Holic, Nunu Biel, Minirobe and more. FAQ and How to Order

Who can order?

Only approved wholesale customers may view this collection and order. 

What are the minimum order requirements?

The minimum  order value is $1000. We also ask that you order at least two per size in your chosen size range.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit card and PayPal. Please note that we do not accept AfterPay on wholesale orders. 

What happens if a product is out of stock?

In this case, you have the choice of exchange, refund or credit. You are also welcome to put this towards any shipping costs.

How long does the order take to ship?

Due to Covid, shipping times have been varied, however, usually it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive from Korea and then a further 1-2 weeks via AusPost. In order to keep costs down, we opt for shipping by sea for summer and winter products. This saves you space in the stockroom too!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is approximately 4% of the total amount. We will calculate the exact price once the shipment arrives and invoice you accordingly. Due to the value of goods, insurance is a necessity. Goods can be hand-delivered in Sydney for a flat-rate of $100.

What are the import fees?

Import fees are included in the price for shipment to Australia. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please note that this includes items that aren't quite what was expected. 

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we offer an exchange, credit or refund.

When should I order for the season?

Spring –  January.

Summer - beginning of April

Fall –  mid-August.

Winter – early October.

New products will be available for approximately 3-6 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled as we begin processing them immediately.

Can I add to my order?

You are always welcome to add to your order but please note that this may incur a longer processing time or split shipment. However, we will do everything we can to keep the process smooth and swift.
